YouTube Queestion Regarding Playlists

Hi, just wanted ask some YouTube experts that may be out there a quick question.
In hindsight -
If I created a YouTube Channel and properly optimized it with relevant keywords in title and all that other seo stuff. If I created lets say for example 25 related content playlists and started adding relevant videos to them, if I uploaded a video that is relevant to my playlist content,would it benefit me from a backlinking (or seo) point of view if I added my new uploaded video to ALL the playlists?
