If you use high PR Directory in a professional manner, i mean submite different meta tags with every submission with unique description and meta data.
Do not use all the directories in one go, use slowly so that it looks like a natural listing.

  Please do yourself a favor and check the link profiles. Some of these sites scare the heck out of me. Clicked the Pagerank 8 open and it just reeks of pure spam.
