Hi,

I'm offering sponsored guest posts on my site howdoidate.com but have no idea what to charge. I receive 10,000 unique visits per month. Also do I charge per post per month and if so what do I do with the post after the month expires. I understand if I delete it this will be bad for SEO. Does this mean that once I approve a sponsored post I'm stuck with it for ever?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Derek

You seem to realise that having a post up for just a short while is pointless when it comes to SEO. But so is paying for an article that has dropped to the archives.

Are other people using this business model? Do you know if there are people who are willing to pay on monthly basis? If there's customers who are happy with this kind of arrangement, wether to keep the article or delete it shouldn't really be an issue for you as long as you're getting paid.

If you're willing to soil your front page with sponsored articles I'm sure you can keep them in the archives too. All the damage has been done already.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
