Question about Robot.TXT

All my pages are showing up on my mobile device but there's NO META Decription ... Where u would find info about the page ... It reads
""A Description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt - learn more.""
This only occurs on mobile devices --- not PCS or MACS.
I know this is hurting my rankings I'm sure of it. What can I do to resolve it ???
The thing that's most confusing to me is that the site is Setup for a Mobile site. SO WHAT AM I MISSING???
