How do you guys accept payments? Through paypal?

Stripe is a pretty good option for taking debit and credit cards.

  FreshBooks is a great invoicing tool and comes with a free trial. I think it does not support subscription billing at this time.

I do most of my invoicing through PayPal. If we're talking selling a really expensive domain or website then I usually use an Escrow service.
