I have my site getintomylife

if you have a look you will see with Seoquake or monitor backlinks that there is 1 facebook like.

lol, I don't have many but I have 32 followers at facebook.com/getintomylifedotcom
a twitter account, instagram and pinterest.

How am I supposed to set up these links properly?

Any guide or resource you can point me to, or if anyone has an idea that would be awesome.

      I agree social signals are important. For some reason they aren't linked to my website on SEOquake or monitorbacklinks, and the like.

      Any idea where I can learn how to point google at the right social pages?

      I'd suggest you to upgrade your knowledge. Matt Cutts have cleary mentioned that social signals doesn't impact rankings in any way. It's a just a myth. Rankings is all about backlinks and relationship building.

        Cool, social still turns traffic, and if google one day decides to take into account 'SS' then I don't want to be left out in the cold.

    Social media is fine for getting traffic. Social signals do not impact rankings.
