My first thought is dump the splash page. This was used years ago but it really serves no purpose other than creating another step for users to get to your content.

Your main page: if you are targeting Strategic Development Consulting I would make the H1 just that without the lead in text. The rest of the main page content could use a little more organization and tailor it to your main keyword.

Your ancillary pages are very light on content and don't seem to highlight your keywords at all. If you main keyword is Strategic Development Consulting I would probably change your Services page to:

Put it in the H1, H2 and so on with different variations and really expand on what you do.

Overall the site is very light on content. On page SEO will go a long way if you combine it with expanding your content. Then you can start on the off page.
