Mobile Update - Resources blocked by robots.txt

I am a little bit worried about the coming mobile update.

At this moment, the mobiel-friendly test says: Awesome! This page is mobile-friendly.

But it also says:

This page uses 3 resources which is blocked by robots.txt. The results and screenshot may be incorrect.

I can deactivate a plugin to decrease 3 to 1 but the last one is domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.

Does someone know how important these resources are? Because I want the plugin activated, but should I be worried if I do?

    Hos is that a problem? it is blocking the admin part of your wordpress avoiding it to appear on the search engines
