    no wonder you are in a muddle.
    If you cannot set up WP you don't want to go messing around with Frog.
    Do one thing at a time.

    What else?! Proper SEO audit isn't a push-button operation. If a does even a part of that, it's already worth the price.

    The tool can do the obvious stuff that a good website spider should. Find broken internal links, list your pages with HTTP request statuses, generate a XML sitemap, instantly see if the titles or headings are broken... You know, stuff that you will occasionally find useful.

    If you have paid subscription lot more you can do with the screaming frog tool or else you can check only 500 links for free subscriptions.
