Hubpages and Adsense ebook

Hey guys/gals.
I'm looking for an e-book or instructions on succeeding with Hubpages and Adsense.
I remember a while ago I followed an experiment where the guy did 100 hubpages in 30 days and tracked his Adsense. He ended up doing pretty well I thought. After his 30 days I think it was up to $200ish and he planned on building it from there.
I don't remember who it was or what site it was on but I'd like to offer my offline clients(I have no online clients) a relatively easy way to get started using something like Hubpages and building revenue from Adsense.
I'm looking for either something free that is actually decent or something that is a one time fee and not a monthly subscription.
