If you delete a page from your website, is it necessary to fill out the "delete URL" form in Google? With my luck, I'm afraid they'll delete the whole site.

No. If your site/server returns a proper 404 they should eventually remove the result.

It's not required that, we fill “delete url” for google. Because if we have 404 page .this page open by default if page not found .

The "delete URL" form is for those rare occasions when you can't return proper HTTP codes to indicate that the content has moved or isn't available, or you want something removed ASAP. This has happened just a couple of times during the last decade I've been building sites, and one of those cases was a hobby server that got hastily relocated.

No Google will eventually remove the URL, just give it time.
