    A large percentage of internet users now browse the internet using smartphones or tablets; which is why it is so important that your WordPress design caters towards mobile users. Here is some mobile wordpres plugin for you:
    * WPtouch Mobile Plugin
    * JetPack
    * WiziApp and so on. Might it helps you some.

    I've been using responsive design, and that's the recommended way. Mobile plugins are not THE solution, but they may help some webmasters to implement it quickly.

    I've always like creating/building a new dedicated mobile optimized site on a subdomain and redirect the corresponding desktop site page to the mobile page.

    It gives you more flexibility over both sites.

      Sure. There are also scenarios where separate mobile is a very good idea. For example, if you're running a travel destination and many of your mobile users are actually visitors who are currently there. You might want them to see only a subset of the information.

    Use themes that are designed for responsiveness from the get go.
    With the latest google changes you cannot ignore this area.

    I like Sahifa for magzine style themes.

    No, it's not a solution.

    It's not even a band-aid.

    Just use a responsive design, then you don't have to care what device they are viewing your site on.

    I've been using responsive designs for a while now, I think it's the best option to make a website mobile friendly. Plugins may help, but you can't rely solely on them, you're better off changing the design altogether.
