Please suggest a dependable backlink checking tool

Greetings.

I've tried a half dozen sites to check my backlink status, and I get 6 wildly different answers. They go from zero backlinks, to 17, to 35, to 54 and so on.

    yes, different sites gives results I can use ahrefs to check latest links.

    Majestic and Ahrefs are popular choices that seem to be quite solid. They're using their own spiders and indexes so there's always going to be some variation.
