Well timed page name changes?

I have an 80 page site, half the pages are 1-5 years old, the others are maybe 2 months.
Google has 72 indexed, and they are all landing and converting fine for now. And I can get a renamed page redirected and indexed pretty quick if I need to, but not sure how quick I can get them to rank.
I want to rename some pages, but not really sure if it's worth it.
One or two I kinda have to rename. .
I want to keep as much google credibilty as I can on all pages, especially the older ones.
These pages perform well now, but I might later test their power with keyword adjustments/additions.
Basically, my questions:
If I were to change just one page, set redirects...would I lose anything? everything?
Is there a perfect time to rename a page.
...maybe 1 at a time, not all same time. Or all same time?
After page 1 year old? 1 month?
The pages I made 2 months ago ranked pretty quick, but , again, I hope to ask more from these pages eventually.
Any advice helps, nothing too technical. I can throw the line and land the fish well...can't drive the boat for sh*t, though.
