Will changing stuff on your site affect rankings? Well, that's very common. Google might sort of re-evaluate your site and see where it lands, but if the new site was done properly the rankings often end up close to the original. However, I know cases where botched redesign led to lower level of SE traffic.

Just do proper 301 redirects, and you've pretty much done the best you can when it comes to backlinks.

Wordpress on it's own isn't going to rank pages. It's a CMS, matter of fact it's built on HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL, most likely everything your already running just setup different (theme, etc...).

Do 301 redirects from every old page to the corresponding new one, and you've minimized the impact. You can do this with a WordPress plugin, or by adding a few lines to .htaccess file.

To my knowledge It might get effected on rankings but the the effect will be less.. You can achieve higher rank to the Website by implementing some Digital Marketing strategies to the new one.

It will effect the ranking of your page and the unfortunately the rank or your website will fall down on different search engines.

That's not something that you or anybody else can say with any certainty. It's just speculation at this point.
