Really simple SEO for local keywords?

I'm doing some SEO for supposed really simple keywords.

They are all names of a particular real estate development so it's really for local market.

All their competition keywords in "allintitle:" yields only 3,000-4,000 results.

It looks like it's a simple SEO solution?

Would conventional SEO backlinking be enough? Or do you still think that I need to get PBN links? I still have SENuke for use though.

For local seo try out more of local activities like local business listings, classified ads, Google maps and others. This will help to get local traffic and improve your rank in Google local.

Agree with RHCalvin. Focus more on business listings, google maps, etc. It's effective in some way.

Sorry, but that has nothing to do with the level of competition.

I'm scared to even ask, but what do you mean by "conventional backlinking"? A spam blast of some sort?

In any case it's impossible to answer without seeing your site, and getting more information about the sites you're going against. The total number of pages that sort of match a query doesn't give any useful information about the caliber of the competing sites.

If your competition is weak and you've already got a decent backlink profile this task might be an easy one.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

To have a better result locally try using local business listings and local classified adssuch as google maps and a couple others. This will help your improvement with ranking in local google and also continue to grow your traffic a little more locally.

It doesn't matter how many searches there are - it matters how strong your competitors are.

A low search term can have high competition due to high commercial value of those keywords (e.g. each customer brings in a lot of revenue and profits) and vice versa.

I would recommend you to go for PBN as it is very helpful to get the existence of many people who are surfing internet daily. By posting contents on high PR PBN sites one can get the assurance to avail huge benefit from it.

SEnuke is not right way to get more back links, while you should use a manual back link building.. post more articles etc.

Building backlinks gets you diminishing returns.

You should really be attracting backlinks.

    Ask questions like:

how can I get people to naturally link to your site?
How can I get people to naturally talk about your business on social media?
How can I naturally get awesome 5 star reviews?
How can I naturally get people talking about my product/service?

Then you'll be on the right track and still holding your ranking even after 5 to 10 years or however long search engines exist and you'll be ontop of 95% of your competitors who only want to rank "ontop of google".

But for the short term - PBN's still work well for easy local terms. But before that make sure your onpage seo is done right. And that you have done your local citations/directory submissions. This is the easy stuff and if everyone is doing the same - then you won't last long, you'll always be peddling.

Ask the hard questions, do the hard stuff, do what most aren't doing - then you'll reap your rewards later on.

Normally PBN links would help much. Other than this, make use of local business promotional solutions like Local Business Listings, Hyper local and Niche Specific Citations, classified Ads, NAP Consistency, Promotional Multimedia Marketing.

You'd get a lot more bang for your money if you could convince a few real estate attorneys, accountants and mortgage brokers in your area to give you a link or to go for reciprocal linking.

If you can get any of them to recommend the owner of the site you're working on, much better.

      And you need some citations.
