More focus on social media in saturated Niche?

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to focus more on social media in a saturated niche?
Since the travel niche (hotel bookings) is very saturated i thought i might just focus on social media to start of and then go further to other?

    Social media is great for the travel niche. I would definitely put some more focus into that and work on building youtube videos, tweeting, and posting on Facebook. You can definitely get sales from it, and it will help build the brand of your business/website as well!
