There are a lot of link building ideas like blogging, social bookmarking, business listing submissions, article submission and so on. Doing submissions in quality sites would do good. But, the idea of using software for submission comes under spamming. This is not good for a long run SEO process. The best way is to proceed with manual quality submissions.

Looks like you're dreaming of blasting backlinks with expectations of ranking pages, not going to happen If you expect to rank pages long term.

Using software's is a bad idea. Do regular submissions which will have high PR. Then you will get good rank to your website in search engines.

You should focus on getting natural backlinks for your website. Try not to build backlinks which are not relevant.

I don't recommend anyone to use software to build backlinks. In long run, anyway this will not help you achieve keywords ranking.
