There is nothing there other than search volume that tells us anything about the keywords.

If they are both related to your site, why not go for both?

Let's suppose I have to make a niche where my money will come from Google Adsense! Is not it more important to have a high CPC than low?

CPC does not really related to AdSense income. That is not what advertisers are bidding for AdSense clicks.

And you are not going to make squat off a keyword from AdSense if the search volume is only 590 searches per month.

If you're thinking Google is going to pay you the dollar amount per click you see in the CPC column on the Google Keyword Tool, you would be wrong. You'll get maybe $0.10 on the dollar If you're lucky enough to get relevant ads that traffic will click.

Unless you're a premium publisher (ex: ehow, etc...) about the only way I think you'll make money in 2015 with Adsense is on Youtube pre-roll ads where you get payed even If traffic doesn't click the ads. In that case the massive Youtube traffic volume is basically all you need (tons of video views looking at ads).

or it is best to find a keyword that has perhaps 50,000 searches per month with low competition and perhaps a low cpc

The competition shown in the Keyword Planner is the competition among AdWords advertisers and has nothing to do with how difficult it is to rank.

Generally, higher competition means that there is probably more money to be made for the keyword, but not always.

After you place the ads in the right way,
    choose the right colors,
ensure the keywords are coherent with the themes of your blog.

    If you'll optimize your pages,
    CPC will increase with time.

Aside from search volume in terms of choosing the best and effective keyword you might try other mediums like Reddit that has an active community which discusses different fields. There are conversations that will really help you in targeting your audience.

I think you put the title tags in such a way that you can target both the keywords at the same time.

I read me back and forth on various major blogs on the web, they tell that! They will also have such a low search high cpc rather than the opposite?
Is it a myth that the number per click paid based on their cpc? As I have indicated in the picture
