Google search engine question

Hello guys,

I recently noticed while searching via Google several niche keywords with videos as search results (all the first page) while I'm on "Web" tab.

I was wondering if there is any reason or case when videos will take over the first search results upon website links (Web tab)?

    That is not the case in every niche specific keyword. Instead, if a web URL is not only optimized and has high no of visitors, then definitely there will be more influence of getting ranked in search engine results.

    The keyword results are likely starved for content and is something to look for in determining low competition keywords. You may want to check allintitle:keyword as well to get a better understanding of actual titles with those keywords -- if it's really low results then it's possible that the serps are starved for content. But that's just one thing to check.

      Thanks for the suggestion. The allintitle search actually showing over 250K results so this might not be the reason. Do you have anything else @ your mind?

        I must be mistaken then. Broad suggestions like mine can be misleading but is all one has without details about the niche/keyword.

        Edit: you can alter your allintitle search with quotes to narrow it down to exact matches.

        allintitle:"keyword"
