You have said it’s just two weeks old, so it will take some time to get a better ranking. You haven’t specified anything, so as usual do On page SEO, then move on with Off page SEO by analyzing your industry standards. And why are you still holding on to Alexa?

I suggest you use search feature of this forum and search for these phrases: onpage seo, linkbuilding, traffic generation and go from there.

Check your on page SEO at first. Then build high quality backlinks that could be incidental your service as off page SEO.

Alexa is basically a statistic about their toolbar usage. Install it to al of your machines, and you've got a nice start in self-deception.

Alexa gives you an overall idea about your website popularity. Since your website is just 2 old week, so obviously you have lot of things to do to improve alexa rank of your website. Try to optimize your website and make it SEO friendly. Do quality link building to get backlinks from high quality and relevant websites. Which will increase your website popularity in Alexa.

This is all wrong. Alexa might in best cases give overall idea of your popularity, but only if you've got enough traffic. Otherwise it's completely random.

SEO optimizations or backlinks are irrelevant for Alexa scores, because it's a chart about the usage of a browser plugin on your visitors computers.

Stop relying on Alexa. You should not bother about Alexa as it your website is just 2 weeks new. I would recommend you to focus on bringing your website up in search results with On-page and Off page seo techniques. Optimize your site well with target search queries focus on improving its website presence. Once its search engine visibility got improved, its alexa will automatically improve.
