      That is not a real question and is just a silly thought in general.

      Every time a website drops in the rankings another takes its place. They might push someone to the top who was spending big bucks on AdWords and now decides to cut their spending back because they are getting a lot more organic traffic.

      Google would have to manually edit every freaking SERP if that was their goal.
