Hi guys,

I just have built my wordpress site and have a few questions about title tag. My primary concern is... let me give you an example:

As you can see here the title tag is: MOZ: seo software, tools and resources for better marketing.

But once you go to there website you don't see anything like that on their home page:

I want to able to do the same thing, to have my title not visible on my the top of my website. The question is how to do it on wordpress?

"You cannot access this album" error. Classic!

You don't need to have your title and heading as the same. One way is to use Yoast SEO or another SEO plugin, and rewrite the title. Another is to remove h1 from template, and just add h1 to the content of the article. I'd go for the former.
    Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Thanks for marking that issue, nettiapina. You can open the photos now. Of course I don't have my title tag and h1 the same, as far as I know it is bad for SEO.
I want to to have a title tag which does not show when someone open my website. Check photos and you will see.

Users can't see the title tag unless they view the HTML source. If you know how to set your title and heading separately I don't really see what's the problem here.

It seems I don't know how to set title and heading separately. When I change my title page, it changes also what users see when they visit my home page. How to deal with it?

And can you tell me how to give you a "Thanks", I can't find the button

If you've got one of the popular SEO plugins (All in One SEO, Yoast SEO...), there's a separate box in the article editing view where you can set your title tag to whatever you want. Then edit H1 to suit your needs.

"Thanks" is on the right-most button on the line that has the "Quote"-button (Edit/Quote/Multiquote/Quick Reply/Thanks). You might not have it enabled yet.

I have Yoast, do you think that should change my title tag from Yoast instead from here:
Customize Linkedin Marketing Blog Linko Linkedin Marketing Blog.jpeg - Prikachi.com
As you can see from here I change the title tag and the h1 of my website also changes, doesn't it?

And after doing that I have the same title tag for every page. Is that good? Or I better use Yoast and set up different title for each page?

Also, I have never heard of this field at the bottom: "Tagline". What is it for?
