I'm unaware of a required number of posts, and a single-post blog could probably qualify as long as that post is a quality one.

make your blog look legit. it has to look as it is made to help people get information. if your blog looks like a MFA (made for adsense) then they might reject you. So quality content.. try to have 10 pages with 350-500 words per post.

Basically there is no rule that these many posts are required but in my experience, what I found out is 10-15 articles are enough with each article crossing 500 words and for more info of getting Ad sense in first attempt follow this HOW TO START A BLOG - GADJET GEEK

There is no requirement for Adsense. Just make sure your site is a real site and isn't displaying bad content. Have you tried looking into affiliates such as Commission Junction or Affiliate Bot? Sometimes they have better payouts then Adsense.

So I signed up for AdSense a long long time ago, before PINs... And all I had then was a personal BlogSpot.com blog with a few posts, I got accepted. There is no reason why they should not accept you unless there is something really wrong with your site.

It doesnt depend on the number of post, that has nothing to do with your approval, your articles need to provide value, your website must agree with google terms, you can check them in their website.

To get accepted by Google AdSense, you need to make sure that you built a quality website.

A quality website is not really measured by how many posts you have.

It is not about quantity, it is about quality.

Make sure your posts have the following features.

First, the posts have to be very long.

Second, you need to use formatting that is similar to Buzz Feed or any other modern blog.

You do not want to look like somebody who just came out of a time machine from 1995.

You have to use modern formatting.

    This means very short paragraphs.

This means one-sentence paragraphs from time to time.

Number three, you have to use question-based posting.

Question-based posting is all about addressing real questions that real interested people have.

This clearly communicates the value your content brings to the table.

Number four, make sure your content is up to date and blows away your competition.

For example, if your competition offers 10 ways to do things, offer 100 ways to do things.

    Do you see my point?

It is all about people interested in your content taking one look and just being simply completely blown away by the quality that you bring to the table.

Otherwise, you are just wasting your time and it would be too easy for AdSense to not accept you.

You should have 20 to 30 post that have good content. Make a blog simple and sober because Google like it.

It is all about the quality of your blog or site. I got adsense approve with only 11 content. All my articles are over 800-1200+ words written. And one of my friend did not get approve with 40+ articles.

I think it should be quality not quantity!
