Google's 'Fetch & Render' - which to use in GWT

I have used Google's Fetch and Fetch & Render in Google Webmaster Tools, but like all things Google, there is that "Egyptian Hieroglyphics" sense to it all. See my screenshot to understand my question but first, when I launch a new web page, I discovered using 'Fetch & Render' can get the page indexed quicker. However, my site (same in my signature) has two different accounts in Google Webmaster Tools. The plain domain name.com and then the 'www." version. Which of these two versions, is the best to access and use the tool "Fetch & Render"? This was set up for me in advance of re-launching my website after rebuilding it with the help of an IT person.....but it would be helpful if I know which is the best version of these to use. Thanks.....

    The image is too small.

Upload the image here, click the Insert image icon on the Warrior Forum thread/comment editor, paste the new image direct URL.

You need to only have 1 instance of the site in Webmaster Tools, otherwise you're just confusing everything.

Load your homepage in your browser, it's either www or non-www on the URL, use whichever one is actually running on your site.

I just checked your forum sig link/site, you need to use the non-www version on Webmaster Tools.

Your site is running the non-www version of the URL, that's what you need inside of Webmaster Tools. You can prove what you're running by trying to force the URL with a www, it redirects to the non-www version.

        [edit]

I just tried the link above 3 times, now your site isn't redirecting & it's crashing with Adsense code showing up on the live webpage.

I'm not sure what you're doing... Something isn't right.

The link I posted works the 1st time then fails the 2nd time with some messed up looking Adsense code. Running Chrome Incognito.

Maybe this is fixed already? I can't reproduce any error on Chrome/Mac. Also seems that the www version is now redirected to non-www, which is a good call.

There's a weird button that says "menu" sitting above the top navigation element. Doesn't do anything.
    Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
