Hey guys
So I have a dental client that I am trying to rank for a keyword that has the format of "Town Dentist"
It's currently ranking in 30th for the keyword but seems to be stuck there.
I'm not an expert at SEO but have ranked other sites for harder keywords.

So just wanted to get everyones thoughts on what I could do to push this site to the first page? Or if you know someone/somewhere I can go to have them do the SEO.

Some additional thoughts:

- There aren't any social signals to the site. They also don't have a facebook page
- Some of the backlinks are my own PR sites from the same hosting as the dental client.
- The website is only about 4 months old
- Should I purchase social signals from Fiverr?

Thanks!

You can start off with asking them to create a Facebook & Google Plus page.

On your side, you should increase the links diversity (right now it sounds like you're only getting it from a few sources). Links from come from relevant and local websites / directories / blogs and should ideally be from different domains and IPs.

Also make sure to focus on brand name for anchor text.

It depends on the type of campaign you are running try to gain some quality back link rather than social signals but social signals do have its own importance ..

    Wait...

Are you saying that someone is paying you for ranking their website 30th in the SERPS and you want to know if a $5 "social signals" Fiverr gig is going to get you the money spot in a competitive market like Med/Dental?

    Goodness gracious.

So what exactly were these "harder" keywords you ranked and how did you do it?

    Hi,

Have you thought about building a PBN to create some quality backlinks to your site?

There are a few great services out there that offer to help do this. Or you can build the PBN yourself after doing a bit of research on how to build one correctly.

Here are a few good services I have come across:

    thehoth.com
    lightningrank.com
    Market.source-wave.com

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Cheers

    Jon

  • Hire someone to do the seo for you. Do not use fiverr for your client!

Do some social media promotion and social book mark your blog post that really improve SERP rankings on Major search engines.

Nope. Neither of these is effective. Social media has no direct effect, and social bookmarking doesn't yield good backlinks in most cases.
      Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?

Agree. 2 things play effective role First is the complete onpage SEO and another is legitimate linking to the websites & blogs. Guest posting will be effective if you have some patience you can go with email outreach and broken link building.

        More advice are acceptable.
