Having a feedback message box on your website?

Woud like some constructive feedback on this 
I recently got a 6-month paid subscription for free as a raffle prize to an online survey feedback tool that allows you to ask your visitors certain questions and get feedback which you can then use to improve your services.
I put one on a website I am managing: Charlotte Conferencing: Conference Call Services Reseller
I've improved a few things but I'm questioning how to maximize the usage of the feedback tool. At the bottom right corner of the site is a black pop-up message box. For those who can take some time to visit the site, what do you think? Should I ask a better question? Should I have the box at all? I love feedback from visitors but need some advice on how to properly use the tool in the best way.
