Genesis Framework Virus?

I have downloaded the Genesis framework from a spanish forum

I have checked with this: The Web Template Verification Service

And these are the results:

Title : Title

No reference to add_theme_support( "title-tag" ) was found in the theme. It is recommended that the theme implement this functionality for WordPress 4.1 and above.
The theme needs to have a call to wp_title(), ideally in the header.php file.
The <title> tags can only contain a call to wp_title(). Use the wp_title filter to modify the output.

Malware : Operations on file system

file_get_contents was found in the file import-export.php

Line 352: $upload = file_get_contents( $_FILES['genesis-import-upload']['tmp_name'] );
Admin menu : Themes that support admin pages should use add_theme_page() instead of other functions (add_admin_page, add_submenu_page...)

File admin.php :

Line 172: $this->pagehook = add_menu_page( $menu['page_title'], $menu['menu_title'], $menu['capability'

Why these results?....Does it have a virus?....I was going to use it for a long term project but I need to be sure that everything is right.....

      This thread should be deleted, because OP is asking about a pirated product.

      However, these are common PHP functions. Are you seriously asking if import/export should open files?

        Using a pirated theme copy is one of the ways to get hacked. Usually hackers plant backdoor malware code in pirated themes and they can have access to your website anytime they want. Just spend the money and buy the original theme (Genesis is excellent by the way).

      You mean they actually ship with the original code?

      The template verification service produces all sorts of completely ludicrous errors like these. The first is a non-issue, and the second one is related to the import/export function. Obviously it's meant to open the files that you import.

      Why is this so hard to understand? Run any non-infected and trustworthy theme through that service, and you'll get errors.

        Yes, you need to purchase the theme from studiopress. And download the theme directly from them.

          I see the point went straight over your head.

          I'm not endorsing piracy, and I still think this thread is against WF TOS.
