Page Speed Insights problem

Checking my site on Googles Page Speed Insights I get the "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content".

I've found some answers for this but to me, as a none coder, they all look very complicated and confusing.

Your page has 5 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.
None of the above-the-fold content on your page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load. Try to defer or asynchronously load blocking resources, or inline the critical portions of those resources directly in the HTML.
Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:

http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Give+You+Glory
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Questrial
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Give+You+Glory
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Questrial

I noticed that there is something about google fonts. Is there a plugin or a SIMPLE way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

It's not a big issue actually and can be fixed easily. But if you want to do it yourself you need to have at least common knowledge of coding)) Believe me it is not as difficult as it may seem.

      Thanks for responding.

When you say not a big issue, do you mean it doesn't make that much difference to page speed?
I have very little knowledge of coding, I can copy and paste code given to me if I'm told where to put it!
I wondered if there was a plugin to fix this?

I don't use flash images and the images I have are optimized. The score for images is good, it's JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content that is causing the problem, do you know anything about this?

You need to hire a developer or good front end designer for solving these issues because if you are not sure about the problem and don't understand the code then hire a professional for this rather than making a mess in your website

I see that you are using WordPress. Take a look into Better Wordpress Minify plugin. It will not remove this error message, but it will help the actual slowing down almost disappear (if there's any). The blocking time is usually 10 - 15 ms, so you are probably not losing a lot of time anyway. Test your website with GTmetrix and look at the waterfall tab.

    Hope this helps!

Page Speed Insights seems to give a different result to Gmetrix.

@ randomzeus With Gmetrix the A speed is 94% and the Yslow is 72% The biggest problem seems to be "Avoid CSS @import" which looks like is getting caused my Sumome plugin so I can fix that. Hadn't noticed the "waterfall" tab, that is the load time for each bit?
I'll take a look at the plugin, thank you.

@stevenwatson011 Page Speed Insights, Desktop is 82/100 and mobile is 64/100 and this is the top problem. Should Fix:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. That's what prompted my question.

      Hi ncloud

Not completely no, however, Gtmetrix gives different results, so I decided to try the Autoptimize plugin. This improved things all round, Woorank gives a page speed of 0.07 Gmetrix and Pingdom just over 1s so that's good enough for me!
