How to rank a website in two countries

Hi there, I have a blog post with a certain keyword that shows in #3 in google result in the US. but when I click on google canada for example it shows on #15 result position.

How I can rank my blog on both country. and other countries as well. knowing I only have .com site and will not buy .ca or such domain.

    You can have the exact same in all countries worldwide which is about on 180+ Server main server of the Big-G filtering down to many-many others associated like say StartPage.com etc. and the rest which is about 257 in total all up I know of & use like Yahoo US and International and AOL + International etc. plus Cluster search provider! and so on .... you just simple have to address what ever it is as criteria to be used ..... rgs aktell

    website in two countries,so you can target your blog post in state via .and find out maximum local listing available there two state show in one category like US/Canada. its advantage for you.Do local seo 44-5 days only for Canada state .because your ranking down on that particular state.
