That's a form of spamdexing via mirroring. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spamdexing#Spam_blogs

It's not a good strategy, and it's a complete waste of time.

That's mean I should submit the single blog on single website? If yes, then which one is the best website for submitting the blogs for SEO?

If you want to have a website and a blog that's separate from the website, that's a fine and acceptable approach. I'm having a little trouble understanding what you're looking for. But if you're asking which blogging system is best for SEO, there isn't one.

SEO doesn't have anything to do with a blog's system, whether that system is WordPress, BlogSpot, or any of the others. So you're free to use any system you want. You'll still have to put in some SEO work no matter which system you work with.

Actually am working for some SEO campaigns. I can't make any changes to these websites so my aim is quality Off page activities. I guess blog/web2.0 is the best SEO activity I can trust most.

You should try some blog commenting. By that I don't mean the spam comments we all get but seek out relevant blog posts and make a useful contribution to well visited blogs and join in the conversation.

Posting slide decks to slidesharing sites does work but care is needed to not look like a spammer.

As always the watch word is QUALITY. Create high quality content that is useful to the readers and make sure that your signature points back to the main site.

If we talk about the blog comments, is it good to post log comments with Anchor texts and giving a link of my target website?

Preferably not. If you really must try the strategy of "spinning" the text. Make it slightly different so search engines don't recognize the articles as duplicates..
Better still, create 5 original blogs and submit them with links back to your site. That'll be best for SEO

Hey, Thanks for the kind reply.....
This is what I want o know. Actually I am a SEO executive and I do my best to rank the websites of my clients at some better positions in SERP. I just want to make sure not to spam any SEO activity.
