Apostrophe and close misspell inclusion matters in ranking via tags.

men's, mens, men s, man's, mans, men s
women's, womens, women s, woman's, womans, woman s
jr, jr's, jr s, junior, junior's, junior s

All of these will return separate ranking values.
Enjoy!

What is "ranking via tags"? Are you talking about meta keywords?

I would not bother with this today. Of course misspellings are not always the same, but usually Google is able to parse what you mean.

If it could, the results would be the same. The same logic used for search correction is not used for rank. So far as tags vs keys, I meant tags but you're right my example is meta keyword. HTML meta tag

So you're either a time traveller from early 2000's, targeting China or perhaps Russia, or an exhibitionist who really likes giving all of his keywords to the competition.
