I got to honestly ask,

why is it one keyword of mine is 350 for average position and has a greater amount of impressions

vs

a keyword at the average position of 1.0 and has 1 measly impression?

    How many searches for the one you're #1? How many for the one you're #350.

    Impressions: The number of times pages from your site appeared in search results.

    It doesn't have anything to do with someone actually visiting your page.

      You also have to remember that it is your average search position. You might be #1 in the UK, and number 800+ everywhere else in the world.
