So I didnt know where to put this but i got 2 questionss. It is very important so please spare the sarcastic and smart ass remarks because that really is rude; this is a forum where we are supposed to be helping one another and I have been getting too many of them (not all the time but sometimes from some people)

1. when I have added a new post to my website, of course I need to let google know there is new content added to the site but how do I go about letting it know so it can get indexed and crawled?

2. how can I get my site to get crawled faster on a daily basis rather than some days it has a high crawl rate and other days it has no crawls.

thanks

    1. Register to Google Webmaster and setup your site there. You also can setup the crawler there. If you have Wordpress as Blogsoftware, install a Google Sitemap plugin so Google can crawl your Sitemap to know if you have a new post and what it contains.
You can also add "Update Services" to your Wordpress. They will ping all the setted Services that you have a new post ect. I would recommend you to have a look at this there -> WordPress Ping List for Faster Indexing Of New Post

    2. For your second question i would recommend to read this post. -> https://yoast.com/how-to-get-google-...r-site-faster/

    Cheers

You can use something like Ping-o-Matic!

Some people swear by pingers like this. Others claim it is a waste of time.

The more authority your site has, the more often it will be crawled by the search engines naturally.

The debate is on - does pinging really work? I've really never seen much difference honestly.

You can Ping your site for now, but if you're going to make it a habit of adding content consistently, I think Google will start sending spiders much more often,

Agree with what others have posted about doing a ping and/or setting up a sitemap according to Google recommendation. Once you have relevant and valuable content and other important sites linking to your content, Google will, on its own, come crawling more often.

Set up Google Alerts for the subject of your contents. Google will crawl your site faster if it is important (meaning relevant, a leader, getting lots of traffic, and having other important sites linking to it.) If you are an authority in your niche Google will find you and want to stop by more often than it does with stale or seldom changed sites.

  • There are plugins that will automatically ping your new posts so google will crawl them sooner.
