Change the colour scheme, I can barely read your site without my eyes going funny.

As my degree was in fine art, I know that purple and yellow is a classic combination, like black and white. However, Purple and White isn't a good combination to the eye.

Look at your statistics. What pages are people looking at? What search terms are people using to find your site?

Tone down on the mad colours. There's other ways to demonstrate mad fun without the confusing colours. Even flicking back to your site whilst writing my answer, I can only stand it for a few seconds.

This is very good advice! You are targeting local customers. Not all webtraffic will help you.
I have not fully read this thread, but I strongly advise you to make sure your place has
1. A google plus 'MyBusiness' page
2. Is correctly entered into Google Maps
3. Is enetered into local phone directories (yes they still do work!)
4. Ask your happy customers to help your business - it is easy, let them share photos on G+, facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, twitter, ask them to please add your URL, if possible make them tag the pics. Share these pics yourself. Tag them when you share
5. There could be local businesses that you regularly buy from ... ask them for link exchanges
6. Display you URL offline as often as you can

You nee to build high quality content to get more readers to your site. You should bear in mind that only creating content will not get you traffic. You should know how to target and market your site to your right audience.

Only a few Pillar article having good marketing strategy will boost your blog traffic on no time then throwing hundreds of useless content.

Well, I went through 1st 10 to 20 replies & honestly none of them are going to help you (I am sorry but true). Most of them are talking that you should do this, or you should apply this, but none of them are having 1 shot solution.

I do agree that generating traffic is cup of tea , but it is also needed how you are translating that traffic into the leads. However I trust that you know how to translate it.

The one shot solution to generate the quality traffic is - Content marketing. Create the unique content, to solve the issues, educate your readers and help them. doing this will not only help you to build the traffic but also help you to create leads too.

Thank you guys for helping us, after reading your suggestion and feedback we started some other off page activities and also inserted some plugins for on page activities.

we also get some feedback regarding design of portal, as i know we have to change the theme to redesign the website, so after consultation with developer i will change it too.
