Do Adsense Minisites work? What are you oopinions on making a bunch of small adsense minisites?

I've read somewhere that they work, but I can tell you they did not work for me.
I had more expenses then income from them and I also got a bad feeling that I am spamming the internet with my minisites (not to mention Google also had a bad feeling imho)

If you are new to this.
I recommend you to give a try to every single one.
        Always try and error.
Do not trust what most of webmasters says, they're making money by teaching you how to make money.

        Good luck

Adsense is Dead since google started to charge much less for PPC from websites advertisement as opposed to their search network. The amount you get for 100's of impressions can be really small. I personally think that it is a waste of ad space. There is much value elsewhere eg CPA and affiliate marketing

I don't agree Adsense is not dead I am earning a fortune from adsense from two very good adsense pulling websites. Yes with CPA you can earn much more than Adsense but you will only get to the big bucks if you know what your are doing and are accepted into the networks. So Adsense is a god starting point for new people to create a regular income.

I have talked to more than one person that makes $100 to $200 a day or more with Adsense, so how you can say that is beyond me. There is a very popular thread in this forum http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...s-learned.html, so again, how can you say this?

Whether or not it can be done with mini sites is another question. I think the sites need to offer valuable information and not just be a platform to display Google ads. I am not an authority by any means and have not made a nickel with Adsense. But I have talked to more than a few people that are making a few thousand a month with it. So I would tend to believe that Adsense is not dead, but maybe you need to know what you are doing though.

Amen, Jim Karter is a guy earning around £4500.00 every week from it; Griz is earning a shedload as well. The naysayers are simply those that can't get the results.

  • May be of interest for some people: Earn $5 with Adsense a day within a week. Free ebook. However you have to opt-in. I´m not in any way affiliated with this offer.

Mini sites can work if done properly, but I would recommend building a real site to help bring in return visitors and provide something a bit more useful.

I think you will be in for along road if you try to just use adsense sites to make money with unless you can push a TON of traffic quickly.

As long as you provide content that solves a problem and you choose a nice niche then such a blog can work well (with good links). It has to have value though, crappy MFA style blogs don't work.

Really, it's true...adsense is dead, google will shut you down if you try it...go away, try cpa instead...leave adsense to me and my friends.

They do work if you do good keyword research beforehand to find low competition, highly searched long tail keywords with a high CPC. You also need to SEO optimize the site, including each page or post, and fill it with useful, relevant content. You also should customize the colors on your Adsense ads so they blend into the background colors of your website. It looks more natural that way and people are more likely to click on the ads. Finally, in my experience, the best placements for Adsense ads are somewhere at the top of the page, just under the header, and at the top of the right sidebar. I have a lot of mini-sites, some of which concentrate on Adsense, some that concentrate on Amazon or CJ products, but I do make money with the Adsense sites. There are good click days and bad click days. For example, yesterday I had no clicks on any of my Adsense sites, and today I had nine clicks. So it kind of evens out, and if you have enough sites that get clicks once in a while, you'll make some money.

Adsense is certainly alive! My experience tells me that building one or two large sites is better than a dozen of minisites..Reason is simple..Smartpricing issues! Remember that 1 low performing site will pull down your entire account.
