Who do you recommend for SEO?

I need to get my site back into the top 3 -- it was for years, but -- for some reason unknown to me -- it has fallen back to page NINE. I've read everything I can find to do it myself, but it's overwhelming and frustrating with conflicting info. That said, I'd like referral(s) from people who have had a successful outcome working with an SEO expert.

    What are you trying to target? Your site is 8th on the first page when I tried to search for "windows restaurant menu maker", and 7th for "restaurant menu maker".

    Have you tried building some more backlinks? Or disabling some crappy links that may be hurting your rank? I'm sure Google has a tool for disabling rubbish backlinks...
