    there is no tool or way that will tell you the exact time frame. If you're working on a client's site, you can give them a 6-month time frame to rank their keywords but still it depends on various factors including your SEO strategy.

    An educated guess. Determine how strong the site is, and what kind of competition they're facing. Then use your experience.
