how can i find out if my competitors are spamming ord doing bad things to my domain to rank it lower on google ?

Is that possible ?

    You can create "Google Alert" for monitor your website behavior up to some level.You will get alerts if some one create backlinks to your website. cpagames's suggestion also good.

    Double check your latest backlinks on daily bases from webmaster tool and disavow it from webmaster.
