Sounds like you're describing Scrapebox. You can search for specific keywords and use a footprint like 'developed by Wordpress' and it will only find relevant sites/blogs. I have been using this program for a quite a while now, and it never ceases to amaze me.

OP Build quality links from different high authority domains - creating contextual backlinks to web 2.0 properties, wiki sites, social media, etc. Once people like your site, they will link to it. This will drive traffic and search engines will surely rank your site.

getting backlinks - links from another website to our business website is called backlinking. A quality backlink should be from trusted and relevant source. the more easily you acquire the back link have less quality. in-content backlinks i.e. backlink within a text is most likely to be editorial link which are exactly the type of link search engine gives most values.

Blog comment is Good way to get quality back links, but your comment should be helpful to the others and unique which describe more about the topic.
You can get this type of blog very easily by searching on Google with right search query. You can use inurl: intitle: etc search parameters to get exact results you want.

Ok. Why do you think so? What's your definition for "quality backlink"? It seems that these methods only produce extremely weak and usually nofollow links.

There is no doubt that .edu and .gov backlinks are the best.

Some .edu and .gov websites have forums or blogs in them.

You can create profile backlinks, comment backlinks or guestbook backlinks from them.

OR try some high PR forum or Blog. That might help.

"Keyword" inurl:/blog/ "Add a comment"
"Keyword" inurl:/blog/ "Leave a reply"
"Keyword" inurl:/blog/ "Leave a comment"

This results the blogs with comment options.
For identifying do follow links - Check with manually by using (Chrome/Firefox do-follow plugins).

The majority of these suggestions to get "quality backlinks" are from a "get rich quick" mentality, or something worse. Do you really believe comment links, directory links, forum links, etc. are quality? Never mind that 99% of them are nofollow links and those that are dofollow today will likely be nofollow tomorrow.

I've done enough link profile audits over the past 3 years to tell you that these are not natural links and Google will throw most of them out with a single stroke of Penguin.

I appreciate all those folks who, like me, are punching holes in the foolishness of these suggestions. Does "quality" mean easy-peasy to you?

If you want to do that just skip all the silly stuff you suggested. Really, forum backlinks? Most of those are very weak for several reasons. Infographics websites don't necessarily even link back to you, and the links are often nofollow.
