I hope this helps someone. I was wondering why my Wordpress blogs were not ranking and went through every step after step. Weeks went by with still no placement in the SERPS then I realized why it did not rank:

I simply did not go to my Wordpress Settings and click on the privacy button to make it open to search engines ... duh

I am sure someone else is going through this hence the post hoping it helps.

    Hehe,

    i had the same problem a few days back. Guess i checked that at the right moment.
    Just a few minutes back i had advised someone to do the same, to check the privacy settings. lol.

    Why start a post though .

    Actually might be a nice idea .
