Need feedback - keyword strategy?

I run a massage business in 3 nordic capitals and serve my clients in 4 languages. The choice of language doesn't necessarily correspond to a specific capital. The main page needs a strong long-tail keyword.

So here goes:

Keyword: Tantra massage

-too vague

Keyword: Tantra massage Stockholm Helsinki Oslo

- Is this a good choice?, or is it better to go with:

Keyword: Tantra massage Stockholm

    Welcome to the WF. When you're looking for long tail keywords you're going to want to put yourself in the shoes of your intended audience.

    What will your intended audience be typing into that search box? You can jot down a few ideas then go look at the competition, or you can use a keyword tool.

    I just made a pretty nice keyword tool that scrapes a bunch of suggest sources and will stream even more keywords based on the original one. Best of all it's 100% free.

    Good question. It doesn't really come down to opinion, you need the data to support it. Do some keyword research using the Google Keyword Tool initially and find out what people are searching for, there is your answer. You are obviously trying to choose the keyword to get people to your website so find the keyword / keyword variations that have good search volume and not super competitive.

    hi charlie welcome and and second jason and paul on this ... you can also try a paid campaigns for few euros and see which one gets you more traffic and then make them as a part of SEOstrategy

    you might also make pages with some variations with words like
    kneading,
    massage,
    reflexology,
    acupressure,
    shiatsu,
    rubbing,
    pressure,
    bodywork,
    rub,
    rubdown,
    massaging,
    pressing,
    knead,
