Help Rank And Rent

Hi All..
If i am posting in the wrong place i apologise for that..
Anyone doing the rank and rent model? i have been doing SEO and web building many years and have been looking at firing my clients as they are a pain in the arse
So i have decided to build my own local business sites and then rent the site for them leads etc..
Problem is if you are doing say 20 sites different areas how do you get the business verified in google business with one address? am sure there is away but am missing it!
Any help people would be great..
