Simple SEO PDF Report

I would like to be able to generate a simple monthly PDF report. I have subscriptions and software which allows me to track these results (google analytics, google webmaster, ahrefs, majestic, market samurai etc), but would like something easy to read and compiled in one place without having to take screenshots to show clients.

As a minimum I would like it to be able to track in the report:
- Google/Bing ranking for keyword - comparison to previous month (eg up 3 spots etc)
- # of total backlinks
- # of new indexed backlinks
- Website visitors (even per keyword would be handy)

I know there are a few options out there and would value any advice. One thing I do know is that if you try and give clients too much information they get overwhelmed and don't understand, thus making the report not very effective, so simplified graphs, charts etc would be great. So for the client I don't need anything too technical - I can get that info for my strategy already - just need a simplified SEO report.

I'd compile it by hand from a few sources that seem relevant. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but I've found that most ready-made reports contain all sorts of fluff, and at least some part that's either not relevant enough or is too hard to understand. Just get the sources ready, and make the compiling something you don't need to spend much time with. I'm using Adobe's Acrobat Pro for this.

Just a quick note: do make sure that your client understand that the total backlinks and indexed backlinks are estimates based on 3rd party data. If they're used to something like Analytics they may assume that these are as precise as visitor tracking.
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Thanks Nettiapina. I think the monthly price for some of these websites is quite steep and you are paying for 'fluff' and non-relevant metrics.
