Expired Domains for PBN

I am currently learning about buying expired domains with intention of using them for a PBN.
I'm looking at expired domains with following metrics...

TF 15+
CF 15+
DA 15+
Trust Ratio 0-1.8
Has some pages still indexed in Google.
Does not have inconsistent or spammy content in wayback machine.
Has no spammy links or spammy backlinks pointed to it.

Here is an example domain I just found "bunnyshop.org" for sale in Google..

Is this site a good example of the right sort of expired domain to buy?

Is there any other things to check?

The backlinks are what matters, all those other things are hype (TF, CF, DA, etc...).

There's an old redirect on Wayback. Research why the redirect existed & why they dropped the domain. If it was a good domain, odds are something went wrong or they would still own the domain today.
