Looking for good tools to track my pages search engines rankings. Any advice?

Try accuranker. I've been using it for a while now. I love the feature because i can easily refresh the ranking status any time i want.

use manually search with removing cache why not install other external browser for only serp search.

  I am also using tool to check ranking of keywords. But sometimes, the results are little bit different from actual ranking of keywords. So better way is to cross check few keywords on which you have doubts about their current rank according to tool.
