Schema markup ranking tags advice needed

Ok, so I am starting to place schema tags on my website... Basically I own mobilehomesforsale.com, and I want to place schema tags on all of my city and state pages, so google can find the pages better...

My question is, should i use the tags that also include ranking stars on the serp? So that google will display 4-5 stars or so next to my listings...

The reason I am unsure about this, is I don't necessarily sell a "product"... my website is a classified ad website for mobile homes... does google frown on placing rating stars on pages that are not for products only?

Intel needed please...

Google has moved against review spam of this kind. If there's not a product you should not use stars.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
