If you have no idea what you're doing get LongtailPro. Sort by traffic for your keywords and CPC. The higher the better. Then use their competition analyzer to find keywords with the least competition, but with the highest CPC and Volume.

Pretty much it. Unless you give us more info to work with.

Agreed if you don't no what your doing either either pay for long tail pro or even pay someone to do it this is one of the most important steps and if you get it wrong everything else wont work.

    I like using Market Samurai.

You can download and use it free.

There is a paid upgrade but that is optional.

    Now that is easy.
Just use the one that fully describing subject, content of your site.

    Example:
If you sell 'underwear' then make sure it's used all over your site but...
never use something like: cloth that covers ass

    Got the idea?

    Hi smsabbir480.

The first step you need to take is to simply sit down and write down keywords. Write everything. Do not discard any idea that comes into your mind. You will brush up that extensive list later on. Consult your old web site (if there is one) and even some documentation from the sales department. Consult your internal search logs (the logs on your server) to track where your visitors came from and if possible, extract more keyword combinations. Essentially, you will find out what you are missing. Even if you're not sure about a certain keyword, that it will prove relevant for your purpose, write it down anyway. It may lead you to something more closely related.
