Can you SEO a Redirected ULR ??

Specifically, when someone searches for Dallas Facepainters.....and it comes up on google search. Although the url is eventually redirected when they click on the url....on the search results can you make the Title of the Website say "Corporate Facepainters"?
My goal is for people to associate Dallas Facepainters with Corporate Facepainters before they click the redirected url.
