    There are a bunch of WSOs for this kind of service.

    A lot of the recommendation would depend on:
    - Your targeted keywords (you HAVE done your keyword research to know what is profitable, right?)
    - Competition in that space
    - Plan of link distribution (content sharing sites, blogs, comments, articles)
    - How much content needs to be created for you
    - How white/gray/black you want your tactics
    - Your budget

    Different service providers have different areas of expertise and different tactics have levels of risk associated with them.

      Yes I have all my keyword research done.

      Not a lot of competition.

      The plan of link distribution would be content sharing sites, blogs, comments, and articles.

      5-10 links per week for about a year.

      I don't want my tactics to be anything other than white...ever

      My budget could be as high as the top industry leader or as low as it needs to be. I know SEO well I just have no time to do it.
